The St. Clairsville Elementary Preschool program interest form can be completed by following this LINK. The link will be available from February 1st through February 26th. A lottery drawing will be held after the application period.
The interest form may be submitted for children ages 3-5, with priority given to those eligible for kindergarten the following school year. St. Clairsville-Richland City School District guidelines for kindergarten eligibility state that children must be 5 years old on or before the official start date of the enrolling school year (August 24, 2026).
