Kindergarten registration for the 2026-2027 school year is open online in FinalForms. Children must be five years old on or before August 24th to attend kindergarten.
FinalForms Instructions:
• FinalForms can be accessed through our district website, stcschools.com, or the following link: FinalForms.
• Create a parent account if you do not already have one.
• Choose the correct school year, 26-27, by clicking on the calendar in the upper right corner.
• Add your student using the exact name as it appears on their birth certificate.
Parent/Guardian must upload the following documents to FinalForms:
• Child’s official state birth certificate
• Current immunization records
• Court/custody documents (ALL pages), if applicable
• Parental photo identification (ex., driver's license, state ID, passport)
• Proof that the family resides in the St. Clairsville-Richland City School District (ex., current utility bill, rent receipt, etc.)
Kindergarten Screening Information:
Kindergarten screening takes place in May at the Elementary School building.
