At the March 12, 2025, Board of Education meeting, Dr. Skaggs and Coach McLean presented Gary Hull with the Golden Apple Award. Gary has been a valued and long-standing volunteer for the St. Clairsville-Richland City School District. Gary recently "retired" from volunteering with the football team but is now seen around the district helping with everything! We appreciate you, Gary!
