It’s that time of year again -- State Testing.  Our students and staff here at St Clairsville Middle School have been working extremely hard in preparation for those tests.  In order for our students to be successful, it is crucial for students to arrive on-time daily, eat breakfast, and have plenty of rest.  The students at the middle school will test on the following days:

8th Grade English Language Arts: March 26th - 29th

8th Grade Science:  April 24th - 29th

8th Grade Math:  April 24th - 29th

7th Grade English Language Arts:  April 1st - 4th

7th Grade Math:  April 30th - May 3rd

6th Grade English Language Arts: March 28th - April 2nd

6th Grade Math: April 26th - May 1st

5th Grade English Language Arts:  March 28th - 29th

5th Grade Math:  April 25th - May 1st

5th Grade Science:  May 2nd - 7th

The students will be testing during their regularly scheduled classes.  It is imperative that students attend on the day they are scheduled to test.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the middle school office at   (740) 695-1591.

Ohio vaccine laws to attend public schools have changed. ALL students entering grades 7 through 12 in the fall must have proof of Meningoccal vaccine before school begins. Existing law also includes one dose of Tdap for all 7th grade students.
If proof of these vaccines is not provided to the school within 15 days of the beginning of the school year, the student will be excluded from school until proof is obtained.
Please feel free to contact me at 740-699-2210 with any questions.
