2019-2020 OPEN ENROLLMENT

Students interested in attending the St. Clairsville-Richland City School District under the Open Enrollment Policy for the 2019-2020 school year should obtain an application from the Administration Office located at 108 Woodrow Avenue, St. Clairsville or from our website (stcschools.com).

The Open Enrollment period is from March 1, 2019 through May 17, 2019.

Open Enrollment is accepted at the discretion of the participating district in accordance with the district's policies and guidelines, including but not limited to established enrollment limits. All applications are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is recommended that all applications be submitted in person.

Parents are responsible for the transportation of the student.

BELMONT COUNTY SCHOOLS STAYING CLEAN

This year St. Clairsville High School is taking part of the Belmont County Schools Staying Clean organization. This organization is geared towards helping students stay drug free. Students are asked to sign up and pay a one time fee for the year of $10. Rewards will be given to students who join the club and activities will be planned throughout the year.
