ZPass is a student ridership monitoring system that the St. Clairsville Richland City School District is happy to begin providing this school year. The identification cards will be coming soon.
ZPass has proven in other districts to assist when answering calls from parents and increase safety and efficiency by immediately locating a missing child. We also plan to use ZPass to better understand ridership and routing efficiencies.
